How we'll install your new lawn
Excavation of existing surface and removal from site.
Compact exposed ground, cover entire area with (MOT Type 1) Roadstone.
To set out tanalised 2 x 2 wooden frame to the entire perimeter and fully compact roadstone base.
To cover the entire area with washed sharp sand.
To compact sharp sand using plate vibrating machine and level to the correct falls.
To lay over the entire area a permeable geotextile membrane to prevent weeds coming through.
To lay the artificial grass on top of the geotextile membrane.
Where necessary, join two sections by using seaming tape and a hard fastening compound.
Secure the entire perimeter using special nails to secure the lawn. Finally, cut off any excesses around the edges and brush with a stiff brush. (This product does not require a sand infill).
Your new lawn is now ready to enjoy!
