A great looking drive will not only add value to your home, but also see your neighbours sneakily admiring your good taste! And surely, a spruced up immaculate looking patio is also the perfect place to relax and enjoy a gin and tonic on a long sultry summer’s evening.
DBD Paving can revitalise, refresh or renovate your drive or patio. Using the latest high pressure washers we can give this outdoor space a new leaf of life; enhancing colour, removing dirt, algae and tyre and rubber marks etc.
We will sweep, remove weeds and rubbish and check drains and gullies, and after an initial deep surface clean; things will really begin to sparkle. Any further visible stains can then be treated, and all this is undertaken whilst ensuring no damage is caused to the surrounding gardens and flowerbeds. It is also at this point, that any agreed remedial repair work is carried out.
Work is normally done within a day depending on the size of the area, and any re-sanding can normally be done 24 to 48 hours after cleaning.
N.B. Power-washing will not always remove all stains, oil often needs to be removed with a special oil-cleaning compound, cement stains may need to be removed by mechanical and/or chemical action, and rust unfortunately, can prove impossible to clean.
Power-washing will also not undo the effects of ultra violet fading of the dyes used in coloured concrete manufacture, but it will enhance remaining colour.
